Jewelry Care

To ensure proper care of your wearable paintings, please avoid wear during high-intensity activities where it may be roughly bounced around and knocked against things. You are wearing a piece of art, and recklessness may lead to jewelry degrading or breakage.

Activities I would NOT recommend wearing my jewelry during — rock climbing, moving heavy boxes with rough edges, lifting heavy weights (small/light ones can be ok!), house work that requires lots of hand movement like ripping up floors!

Activities I participate in while wearing my jewelry — walking the dog, working out (running, yoga, pilates), frolicking in fields, swimming, washing dishes, arts and crafts, cleaning the house, going to concerts, picnics with friends, long art market days :)

I have a minimalistic mountain ring and scenic mountain ring I often wear to my art markets… I wear them while setting up my entire display and tent myself and they have held up wonderfully!

All mountain jewels have been tried and tested by me, and test groups, worn daily for months at a time, to ensure ultimate durability and longevity. Our materials have been upgraded early 2025 to provide you with even higher quality jewelry.

Is your jewelry waterproof? Durable?

Yes. Our jewelry is made specifically for adventurers, and those who love to spend their time in the great outdoors. ALL our jewelry may enjoy a dip in the lake, be worn in the shower, be worn while washing the dishes (even if you wash them many times a day). I wash dishes atleast 2-3 times a day, with my rings on!

As always, please exercise extra caution when wearing a piece of art on your finger. It is always in any piece of jewelry’s best interest to remove before wearing in water or high intensity activities to ensure high quality for a lifetime. Please be mindful to keep lotions, soaps, and sprays away from jewelry when possible.

Warranty

All jewelry comes with a 3 month (90 days from purchase) warranty. Accidents happen, especially as adventurers. If any accidental damage is done during this time frame, you are eligible for a replacement or shop credit. Please send a contact form with your order number and name in the subject and a brief description and picture of the jewel. If you do not have a picture, please describe the scenery to the best of your ability. Alternatively, if you purchased at an art fair, please send a contact form with your order number and name in the subject and payment method used, market attended, and brief description/picture of the jewel in the message. You must send the piece of jewelry back to us. We will send you a shipping label, and will send a new piece within 2-3 weeks of acceptance of your damaged piece.

Refund Policy / Ring Exchange

All sales are final unless your jewelry arrives damaged. Please ensure you order the correct ring size. I will not refund for the wrong size.

You may exchange for a different size ring at no cost to you. If your ring does not fit as you desire, please reach out via e-mail (sagebrushavery@gmail.com) or send a contact form with your order number and name. I will send you a shipping label and once your ring is received, the correct size will be shipped out.

CUSTOMS

My customs are OPEN, as of November 2025.

Custom landscape pendants begin at $85.

Landscape “painting” rings begin at $60.

Sterling Silver rings begin at $85 for simple one gemstone designs, and $175 for mountain rings.

You may be involved as little, or as much as you desire. All ideas and daydreams are welcome, and it is truly the most special and meaningful process to create a token of good luck together. Half of your total payment will be due before starting your commission. The other half will be due upon completion. Accepted payment methods are Invoice, PayPal, Venmo, or Cashapp. We will work together on a starting date, and I will be in touch every step of the way with your piece.

How is your jewelry made?

I use a variety of mediums, depending on the craft!

My “landscape paintings” are hand-sculpted using polymer clay. I like to say I’m “painting” with the clay! These tiny, intricate paintings are permanently adhered to the jewelry base after baking using a waterproof, high-strength, heavy duty adhesive. Polymer clay itself is waterproof.

I always try my best to source jewelry bases that are stainless steel and sterling silver to prevent tarnishing. Other types of metal include zinc alloys, brass, zamtek, and pewter.

My sterling silver rings are made with Art Clay Silver. A silver powder mixed with an organic binder that is fired away, leaving you with pure sterling silver.
