Jewelry Care

To ensure proper care of your wearable paintings, please avoid wear during high-intensity activities where it may be roughly bounced around and knocked against things. You are wearing a piece of art, and recklessness may lead to jewelry degrading or breakage.

Activities I would NOT recommend wearing my jewelry during — rock climbing, moving heavy boxes, lifting heavy weights (small/light ones can be ok!), house work that requires lots of hand movement like ripping up floors!

Activities I participate in while wearing my jewelry — walking the dog, working out (running, yoga, pilates), frolicking in fields, swimming, washing dishes, arts and crafts, cleaning the house, going to concerts, picnics with friends, long art market days :)

Landscape paintings are waterproof, meaning your jewelry can enjoy a dip in the water with you. Please note, necklace pendants are not tarnish proof unless specified as stainless steel or sterling silver.

All mountain jewels have been tried and tested by me, and test groups, worn daily for months at a time, to ensure ultimate durability and longevity.

Warranty

All jewelry comes with a 3 month (90 days from purchase) warranty. Accidents happen, especially as adventurers. If any accidental damage is done during this time frame, you are eligible for a replacement or shop credit. Please send a contact form with your order number and name in the message. You must send the piece of jewelry back to me. I will send you a shipping label, and will send a new piece within 2-3 weeks of acceptance.

Refund Policy / Ring Exchange

All sales are final unless your jewelry arrives damaged. Please ensure you order the correct ring size. I will not refund for the wrong size.

You may exchange for a new size. No cost. If your ring does not fit as you desire, please reach out via e-mail (sagebrushavery@gmail.com) or send a contact form with your order number and name. I will send you a shipping label and once your ring is received, the correct size will be shipped out.

Sterling Silver Rings

I will ask questions regarding your vision, gemstone preference, and ring size. Please feel free to send me inspiration photos, vision boards, anything that will help me gain a clear vision on what is your next prized good luck token. Please note, that sterling silvers are made with Art Clay Silver. Working with this medium means that I have one sitting to sculpt your ring, and changes cannot be made once I set it down to dry. Please ensure you fill me in on all details before I begin sculpting. I will always be in touch with my time frames and the specific time I will be making your ring. I can make sizes 1-14.

PRICING

Simple (one gemstone) sterling silver ring - begins at $70.

If seeking multiple gemstones, $70+.

Custom mountain range ring - $175.

Landscape Pendants + Rings

For wearable painting pendants and rings, I am more than happy to recreate your own snapshots OR I can sculpt a n y w h e r e ! 😉  Please be sure to fill me in on all your desired details – hills, lots/less trees, wildflowers, cacti, sailboats, gemstones… you name it, we’ll craft it together.

Next, we’ll decide on a bezel. I’ll send you an updated photo of my current bezel stock or we can source the perfect bezel, and you’ll be able to choose what you’d like your scenery to be painted on.

To source the bezel, I ask for your preference in shape and band, gold or silver, and material, and I always research through small businesses first. We’ll swap listings back and forth until we find the perfect one for you!

I carry extremely limited ring bezel stock. Female ring bezels are almost always adjustable, fitting sizes 5-14 best. I currently carry unisex/men ring bands in sizes 6-12. Silver or gold stainless steel for all options.

Wearable painting pendants begin at $95.

Rings (female) begin at $65.

Rings (unisex) begin at $90.

Beaded Jewelry

For beaded necklaces, I will send you pictures of my updated bead inventory, and ask questions to determine your color palette/vibe. If you have bead specifics, I am happy to source them for you. Please specify if you would prefer knotted hemp or wire for your piece.

Beaded customs begin at $50 for necklaces and $35 for bracelets.

For all custom orders, please reach out on the social media platform or email you check frequently. I ask that you stay in timely communication with me while working on your custom piece. This helps ensure my clay, and your piece, isn’t subject to too much drying out, or being left out longer than it should be.

Please note, I require half of payment before I begin your piece, and half upon completion. Your initial deposit is nonrefundable. Payment through invoice, PayPal, or I can upload a custom listing on my site. You will have 72 hours to purchase. I will keep in touch throughout the process, offering progress pictures and seeing where you may like a detail change such as more/less color, size changes, more flowers.. etc etc.

How is your jewelry made?

I use a variety of mediums, depending on the craft!

My “landscape paintings” are hand-sculpted using polymer clay. I like to say I’m “painting” with the clay! These tiny, intricate paintings are permanently adhered to the jewelry base using special heavy duty adhesive. I always try my best to source jewelry bases that are stainless steel and sterling silver to prevent tarnishing.

I also work with the medium Art Clay Silver. Art Clay Silver is silver powder mixed with an organic binder, allowing versatile shaping of the silver. Once finished, the silver is fired, allowing the organic binder to melt away, leaving you with pure sterling silver. Art Clay Silver is a medium full of opportunities and magic. All my sterling silver rings are made using Art Clay Silver.
